With over two decades of experience, she has honed her expertise in crafting strategic, actionable marketing plans specifically tailored for the education sector. She founded the first marketing agency to focus on international schools, IMPACT Marketing International, Inc., and led as the CEO for 17 years, from 2009 to 2024.
Deborah has facilitated marketing workshops globally, sharing her knowledge at education conferences and with school teams in cities like Bangkok, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Krakow, Brussels, and Dar es Salaam. Her ability to foster collaborative discussions with school marketing, communications, and admissions professionals has been pivotal in helping schools identify their unique traits and develop strategies that resonate with international families and faculty.
Deborah is continuing her educational journey with an executive MBA. Her focus is on the evolution of dynamic work cultures, a topic inspired by her extensive interactions with international schools. This academic pursuit has further solidified her business acumen and leadership skills, enriching her consulting practice.
